Description
A low-maintenance cellular PVC column wrap for structural posts. The lock-mitered four-panel shaft assembles quickly on site, offering complete protection against rot, warping, and insects.
Specifications
Shaft Dimensions: 9 ⅜” actual exterior width with an 8 ¼” square interior clearance.
Material: 1/2" thick premium "Free Rise" cellular PVC panels.
Joint Type: Lock-miter design for clean, stable glue assembly.
Standard Heights: 4ft shafts (47" actual) and 8ft shafts (95" actual); finishes to 48" or 96" with capital.
Trim Set: Includes 3/4" thick Premier Box Capital and Base, creating an 11” overall footprint.
Trim Elevation: 3 5/8" high for 4'–6' columns; base increases to 7 1/2" for heights 8' and above.
Included Kit: 3 oz. PVC adhesive, tape, mounting cleats, hardware, and instructions.
Multi-Section Options: 9ft (8ft + 1ft) and 10ft (8ft + 2ft) split-shaft configurations for UPS parcel shipping; includes mid-cleats and astragal trim.
