Description
A premium cellular PVC column wrap featuring an elegant, deep recessed panel design to enhance exterior architectural style. The four-panel shaft utilizes a large lock-miter joint system for seamless, high-strength on-site assembly, providing a durable post cover that naturally resists rot, warping, and insects without requiring paint.
Specifications
Shaft Dimensions: 9 ⅜" actual exterior width with a 7 ½" square interior clearance.
Material: 1" thick premium "Free Rise" cellular PVC panels.
Joint Type: Precision lock-miter design for seamless assembly without visible joints.
Standard Heights: 4ft shafts (47" actual) and 8ft shafts (95" actual); finishes to 48" or 96" with the capital installed.
Trim Set: Includes 3/4" thick Premier Box Capital and Base, creating an 11” overall footprint.
Trim Elevation: 3 5/8" high for 4'–6' columns; base increases to 7 1/2" for heights 8' and above.
Panel Customization: Includes adjustable, slide-in-place deep-paneled divider trims (4 pieces included for columns 8ft or higher) to customize panel dimensions on-site or clear structural railings.
Included Kit: Column shaft panels, Box capital and base set, middle dividers (for 8ft+ models), 3 oz. PVC adhesive, tape, installation cleats, and mounting hardware.
Multi-Section Options: 9ft configuration ships via standard UPS parcel delivery by setting the 8ft (95") shaft directly on top of an extended, taller Box Capital and Base to achieve the full 9ft height.
Upgrades & Variations: 4-foot cap/base section for use as an astragal trim or neck mold, Tuscan capital and base sets, standalone structural railing Newel posts, and wall-mounted pilasters.
