Description
Our 8" Smooth Ceiling Beam is manufactured from 1/2" thick drywall that has been V-Grooved and folded to create a seamless beam. This design is specifically intended for Coffered Ceilings. Using folded drywall beams significantly reduces finishing time because there are no edges, corners, or joints that require traditional taping, mudding, or sanding. These beams provide straighter corners than wood or MDF and expand and contract at the same rate as surrounding walls, which minimizes the risk of joint cracks.
