Description
A highly detailed, non-structural polyurethane column wrap molded from real wood textures to mimic authentic barn wood. Designed for both interior and exterior use, the four-panel shaft easily assembles on-site around existing load-bearing posts, providing a lightweight, rot-resistant alternative to real timber that can be custom stained.
Specifications
Shaft Dimensions: 9 9/16" actual exterior width with a minimum 8 3/8" square interior clearance (material thickness can vary slightly).
Material: Molded high-density exterior polyurethane, primed and ready for gel coat or wood stains.
Structural Status: Non-load-bearing decorative wrap only; must be installed around a structural post.
Trim Elevation: Included barn wood capital is 3 5/8" high; matching base is 7 1/4" high.
Trim Footprints: Capital and base sets add 1 1/2" to the width of the shaft at the top and bottom footprints.
Included Kit: Four-panel column shaft, barn wood capital and base trim, weatherproof mounting cleats, and sample pieces for stain testing.
Design Kinship: Crafted from the same molds as faux Barn Wood Ceiling Beams; visually matches the load-bearing HBG Rough Sawn Column series.
